Privacy Notice

Last updated: 31 July 2026. This notice explains how AI Business Dispatch collects, uses and protects personal data under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

1. Who we are (controller)

AI Business Dispatch is a publication of Moxon AI Group Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16800432).

Registered office: Moxon House, Moxon Street, Marylebone, London, W1U 4EY.

For privacy questions, access requests or objections, email privacy@aibusinessdispatch.com or write to us at the registered office above.

2. Scope of this notice

This notice covers personal data processed in connection with the AI Business Dispatch website (aibusinessdispatch.com, including www), newsletter subscriptions, and related business outreach emails sent under the AI Business Dispatch brand.

3. Public-register sourcing (Article 14)

For certain business-to-business messages, we obtain limited contact information from public UK company register data (and, where relevant to related trademark-adjacent outreach programmes on the same platform, from public intellectual property registers). That may include a company name, registered office or business address, company number, officer or director name where publicly listed, and a business email address we have associated with that organisation.

We contact business addresses on a legitimate interests basis (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f)), and we provide the information required by Article 14 where we have not obtained the data directly from you. Typical purposes include offering a free, sector-relevant newsletter invitation or other clearly identified business information about AI that we reasonably believe may be useful to your organisation.

Where an invitation is described as one-off, we will not send further marketing emails to that address under that programme unless you subscribe or otherwise ask us to. You can object at any time (see Rights and opt-out below).

4. Combined cross-brand suppression

Outbound email for AI Business Dispatch is sent through MailingPigeon, the group's sending platform. Suppression, unsubscribe and consent records for that platform are maintained in a combined ledger across brands and sending nodes that use it.

In practice, if you unsubscribe, reply STOP, or otherwise opt out of marketing from AI Business Dispatch, Trademark Dashboard, MailingPigeon-operated mail, listings-related outreach that uses the same ledger, or another brand on that platform, we treat that as an opt-out across those brands. An opt-out in one place is an opt-out everywhere on that shared ledger.

This matches our published cold-mail disclosure: unsubscribing removes you from every brand we operate on that platform. Transactional or service messages that are strictly necessary may still be sent where the law allows (for example a confirmation of your request).

5. Categories of personal data

  • Subscriber data: email address you provide when you subscribe, and related subscription preferences or status.
  • Outreach / register-derived data: company and contact details from public registers as described above, plus delivery and engagement events (sends, bounces, opens or clicks where measured, unsubscribes, complaints).
  • Website technical data: standard server and hosting logs such as IP address, user agent and requested URL, processed as needed to operate and secure the site.

6. Purposes and lawful bases

  • Consent (Article 6(1)(a)): sending the newsletter where you have subscribed or otherwise clearly consented.
  • Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)): B2B outreach based on public-register data; operating, securing and improving the publication; preventing abuse; maintaining suppression so we do not contact people who have opted out.
  • Legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)): where we must retain or disclose information to meet a legal duty.

Where we rely on legitimate interests, we balance those interests against your rights and freedoms, and you may object at any time.

7. Recipients and processors

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only as needed with:

  • MailingPigeon / hosting providers used to store subscriber and suppression records and to deliver email (including infrastructure providers such as the VPS and DNS / CDN hosts that serve this site).
  • Email transport providers engaged to send mail on our behalf, under our instructions.
  • Professional advisers or authorities where required by law or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Related Moxon-group brands that use the same MailingPigeon suppression ledger may receive or rely on suppression and consent status so that an opt-out is honoured consistently (see section 4). That is not a licence to market to you from every brand after you have opted out; it is the opposite.

8. Retention

  • Active subscribers: while subscribed, then for a reasonable period afterwards to honour preferences and handle queries (typically up to 24 months unless a longer legal retention applies).
  • Suppression / opt-out records: kept for as long as needed to ensure we do not contact you again about marketing.
  • Outreach prospect records: retained only as long as needed for the programme, suppression and accountability, then deleted or anonymised.
  • Server logs: kept for a short operational period unless needed for security investigation.

9. Your rights

Under the UK GDPR you may have the right to:

  • access your personal data;
  • rectify inaccurate data;
  • erase data in certain circumstances;
  • restrict or object to processing (including direct marketing and legitimate-interest processing);
  • data portability where applicable;
  • withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, without affecting prior lawful processing.

To exercise these rights, email privacy@aibusinessdispatch.com. For marketing emails, you can also use the unsubscribe link in the message. We aim to respond within one month.

10. Complaints (ICO)

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve your concern. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO):

11. Cookies

This website uses cookies and similar technologies that are strictly necessary for hosting, security and basic operation (for example those set by our hosting platform). We do not currently use third-party analytics or advertising cookies on aibusinessdispatch.com.

If we introduce non-essential cookies later, we will update this notice and obtain consent where required.

12. International transfers

Where a processor stores or processes data outside the UK, we use appropriate safeguards required by UK data protection law, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, unless the destination benefits from UK adequacy regulations.

13. Changes

We may update this notice from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
